Back to school means back to sailing, and what a joyful return it was for our Grade 1 friends from Astra! 🌊⛵️ We kicked off the second quarter with the fourth session of our Multi-Day Program, and the energy was nothing short of electric!

We dove straight into a fun-filled situational awareness activity, made even sweeter with an exciting marshmallow hunt! From crawling along the floating dock in search of hidden treasures to racing around the Academy collecting as many marshmallows as possible, our little adventurers were all in. Laughter echoed, teamwork shined, and every moment was bursting with excitement.

But what truly stood out was the spirit of friendship. Because here, marshmallows aren’t the only sweet things. Kindness is even sweeter. 💛 Many of the boys and girls made sure they weren’t just collecting for themselves, but for their friends too, showing us all what true teamwork looks like.

Creativity flowed next as little hands got delightfully messy, painting beautiful pictures of their holidays, not just what they saw but what they felt. Each artwork told a story, full of color, imagination, and personality.

And of course, the highlight of the day was getting back on the boats! Seeing the boys and girls confidently step into their roles as captains, embracing the water with courage and excitement, was nothing short of inspiring. They truly reminded us that they were born for this. 🌟
