On World Read Aloud Day, Greg visited the Kommetjie Library.

He met a group of young nine-year-old girls from Kommetjie Primary who host a book club run by nine-year-old Adaline.

The girls LOVED the story of The Little Optimist and were inspired to follow their dreams and do more good in the world.

Greg donated three Little Optimist books to the library, in English, Afrikaans, and Xhosa, and all the girls got Chappies bubble gum at the end of the storytelling.

The book club has invited Greg back to read The Little Optimist and the Sea Monster later this year.
