Have you ever seen someone sail an Optimist… blindfolded… with a balloon tied on?!

Well, if you missed it, it all went down right here at the Little Optimist Sailing Academy during the Ullman team building and trust me, we witnessed pure chaos, laughter, and magic on the water!

There was singing, cheering, clapping, and even a little pulling of other teams’ dinghies 😄. Because when there are no rules in a regatta… anything goes!

Fear didn’t stand a chance on that dock. One by one, participants stepped up, jumped into their dinghies, and raced out to represent their teams. Not even the icy Atlantic waters could slow them down!

For some, it was their very first time. For others, it was familiar territory, but everyone showed up with courage, heart, and unstoppable energy. And in the end, that’s what mattered most: not experience, not winning… but resilience.

We wrapped it all up with a prize-giving ceremony, celebrating effort, spirit, and growth, because at the Little Optimist Sailing Academy, it’s never just about crossing the finish line first.

It’s about the journey, the laughter, the teamwork, and the people you share it with.
