When we say “The Little Optimist Sailing Academy” is where the vibes are, we mean it. Vista Nova Multiday Program – Day 2? On a whole different level.

Creativity showed up in full force. The boys and girls were split into three groups, each challenged to build a boat using recycled materials, and wow! They did not hold back. We’re talking proper builds: rudders, center boards, mainsheets… and everything you’d expect on a real boat. And the names? Next level. Some teams even came up with sponsors for their boats. How cool is that?

But it didn’t stop there. We wrapped it all up with an epic recycled boat regatta, and the energy was unmatched.

The confidence in the space was beautiful to witness. Some jumped straight into sailing without an instructor, while others took their time, building courage step by step. Either way, growth was happening right in front of us, and that’s what it’s all about ⛵
