We welcomed our new friends from Eros primary for a special sailing lesson filled with fun. The visit gave the group an opportunity to experience the excitement of sailing. Their faces lit up with smiles as they had put on their life jackets. They shared stories as they sailed. Although one of them felt slightly uncomfortable going out on the boat, she sat aside and watched all the others go sailing.

It was just until the rest of them had gotten out that she finally decided she wants to go and try it. She went out sailing with one of our best sailing instructors and had a blast!

At The Little Optimist we aim to continue inspiring the youth out there who are afraid of trying new things, and help guide them step by step to become more confident as they learn.

We are grateful to the Eros Group for spending the day with us and sharing in our love for sailing and the ocean. Every visit reminds us of the power of creating inclusive opportunities for people to learn, explore and experience the joy of being on the water.
