On 31 January, Dawnay and Aneeqah, The Little Optimist Sailing Academy staff, visited the Heidveld Baptist Church crèche.

The kids were spoilt with a book reading of The Little Optimist and enjoyed sweet treats.

World Read Aloud Day is celebrated annually on February 5th to promote reading and storytelling. 

It’s a day to celebrate the joy of reading, and to highlight the importance of literacy.
