Day 3 was filled with excitement from the moment the group arrived. The learners came in with big smiles, ready for another fun day together.

We started the morning at the park upstairs with an energizer to warm up our bodies. We did the connect activity, reminding everyone that we are all connected and part of one team. There was lots of laughter and energy as everyone joined in.

After that, the learners got hands-on with sailing. They learned how to rig up a sail and were able to name the different parts of the boat. It was wonderful to see them learning new skills and growing in confidence.

One special moment during the day was when they wrote down their worries on sticky notes. While out sailing, they had the chance to let those worries go. It was a meaningful and powerful experience for many of them.

After lunch, we went back to the park where the fun continued. Some of the kids enjoyed skating, while others played soccer. The joy and freedom they felt in those moments were beautiful to see.

It was truly a heartwarming day filled with learning, connection, and happiness. 💛
