This year our youth are sailing a different kind of boat.

Our Sailing managers and 2 of our instructors will be the crew on board a Class40 yacht

They will be assisting with delivering the boat from Durban to Cape Town.

The sailors were set to depart 17 June for this epic adventure, however mother nature decided otherwise.

With expert weather advice and safety at the forefront of the journey – they are now set to depart Cape Town for Durban on Friday and setting sail early hours on Saturday where there is a tight window to make it to East London.

Thanks to Seaport Supply and Lalizas SA the crew are kitted out and will be well prepared for their journey.
