Greg Bertish from The Little Optimist visited our ECD program, along with 1 of the informal creches in Masi today.
He was full of energy and the children had a fun-filled morning watching his short movie called The Little Optimist. He also spoke to the children about accepting people for who they are and not what they look like, being kind and using your heart to love others and yourself.
All the children received a special gift pack including an aeroplane or teddies, a book called The Little Optimist and an Easter egg. He also donated some books and a large Teddy Bear to our Educare, which the children have lovingly named ‘Cutie’.
It was such a fun morning, thank you for your kindness, engaging humour and generous donations Greg.
