The Grade 7 classes from our neighbourhood school, Prestwhich Primary , attended our Sailing Thru Life Program this week. Not only did they prove to be skilful sailors and aced knot-tying, the learners also had the opportunity to relax and watch the Optimist Documentary Movie.

This documentary has shown at film festivals around the world and was an award semi-finalist in Sydney in 2018. It tells the unique story of Greg Bertish and his journey around the Cape of Storms in his Little Optimist Sailing dinghy.
